Due to the nature of AI-powered image generation and the associated server computing costs, credits are considered consumed digital goods once used. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
1. Credit Purchases
HairPreview operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our secure payment processor.
- Digital Nature: Credits are digital goods consumed to access AI analysis and hairstyle generation services.
- Non-Refundable After Use: Credits that have been used (consumed for analysis or generation) are non-refundable.
- Unused Credits: Refund requests for unused credits may be considered within 14 days of purchase.
2. Automatic Refunds
If an AI analysis or hairstyle generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed for that operation will be automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required from you.

- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
4. Web Payments
Web payments are processed through Whop. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5β10 business days.
5. EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by using the Service and consuming credits, you acknowledge that the digital content has been fully provided, and you waive your right of withdrawal for consumed credits in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
6. Free Refine Feature
If you are unsatisfied with a generated hairstyle result, HairPreview offers a free Refine feature: after submitting feedback on a generation, you receive one free re-generation with adjusted parameters. This is provided as a goodwill measure and does not constitute a refund.
